Desktop component
Our desktop component is our administrative interface which allows you to create templates of all the jobs and tasks that your mobile employee(s) will need to complete now or at a later date.

You group jobs together on a workflow. These jobs can be sequenced. Each job in turn consists of tasks that need to be completed. You can also specify the order in which an employee must complete a job's tasks.

Each workflow template can be reused or reassigned. Job and task templates are reusable on other workflows which will save you time in the future.

Our desktop component allows you to :
View employee progress indicators which show how many jobs an employee has completed on a workflow.
Create custom forms with instructions and questions that a mobile employee will need to complete, or have a client complete. You can even capture their signature ! The results are saved on the handheld device and are transmitted wirelessly back to your management team and are saved in a central database on your server.
View the results of completed forms and workflows in real-time.
View audit logs of employee activity
Send workflows to an individual mobile employee or a group of employees.
View GPS fix indicators showing the whereabouts of each mobile employee on a map. Zoom in for a more detailed view. Each map indicator will identify the employee and show an employee progress summary.
View GPS fixes of individual jobs, battery life statistics and reports.
